Return & Refund Policy  At JC Graphx, every item is custom-made with care and precision. Because our products are personalized and made to order, all sales are final.  However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an error on our part—such as incorrect design, wrong item, or printing mistake—we will gladly review the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.  Please note the following: 

•No returns or refunds will be issued for custom orders due to customer error (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong sizes, or uploaded low-resolution artwork).

•All concerns must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. 

•To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide: 

•Order number 

•Clear photos of the issue 

• A brief description of the problem
